Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full time Neuropsychologist (PhD) to join our Neuropsychology team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.Job Description : 90% outpatient and 10% inpatientMon – Fri (no holidays or weekends)Team of four providers8 neuro-cognitive testings per weekPsychometrist to assist and business staffCompletion of at least two years of clinical experience in an organized healthcare setting, supervised by a licensed psychologist, with one year post-doctorateInternship endorsed by the American Psychological AssociationComprehensive adult and geriatric cognitive and psychological assessments to assist with accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planningSpecific expertise in the assessment of : Memory disturbance, Dementia, Traumatic brain injury, Sports-related concussion, Cognitive disturbance associated with epilepsy, multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s disease, and other medical and neurological conditionsPre-surgical assessments, including examination of patients being evaluated for deep brain stimulation, bariatric surgery, and epilepsy surgeryAssessment of decision-making capacity2+ years of work experience in a leadership role or has completed training specific skills to work in the position is highly preferredNot accepting new graduate candidates - experience requiredNot accepting candidates who have lapsed Board Certification and need to obtain againOpen to H1B visa candidates.
