Stellenbeschreibung

Unter der Leitung des Director of Sales / Director Advisory Services fr die DACH-Region suchen wir einen Sales Manager, der seine Energie darauf konzentriert, unseren Kundenstamm konsequent auszubauen und zum schnellen Wachstum unserer Hospitality Lsungen in Nord- und Ostdeutschland beizutragen. Der potenzielle Kandidat sollte ber gute Kenntnisse des IT-Einsatzes in der Hotel- und Resortbranche verfgen.

Als Sales Manager suchen und sichern Sie die gewinnbringende Neukundengewinnung und erschlieen Neugeschft durch das Erschlieen regionaler Ketten.

  • Steigerung des Umsatzes von Host Group Solutions innerhalb des Hospitality-Ketten-Marktes
  • Sie generieren neue Kontakte und identifizieren Geschftsmglichkeiten
  • Sie bieten kundenorientierte Demonstrationen der Hoist Group-Lsungen
  • Sie erstellen genaue und schnelle Kostenkalkulationen und unterbreiten den Kunden Angebote
  • Kartierung des Marktes und seiner Mglichkeiten zur Entwicklung und Bereitstellung einer Vertriebspipeline ber die Produkt- und Serviceangebote der Hoist Group
  • Sie schlieen mehrjhrige Supportvertrge ab mit Kunden, um dem Unternehmen eine gesunde, wiederkehrende Einnahmequelle zu sichern
  • Sie verhandeln und managen den Vertragsabschluss bis zur Unterzeichnung und bergeben die Vereinbarungen an die umsetzende Organisation zur Ausfhrung

Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Business Development
  • Bachelorabschluss oder gleichwertiger Abschluss bevorzugt (technisch oder betriebswirtschaftlich)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Hotellerie und der Rolle von IT-Lsungen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift), Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
  • Verstndnis fr Beschaffungsprozesse in Hotels (Neubauten und Sanierungen)

  • Hochmotiviert, fokussiert und eigenverantwortlich mit einem unbndigen Willen "einen Fu in die Tr zu bekommen"
  • Gutes Verstndnis fr den Einsatz von IT im Gastgewerbe
  • Analytischer Denkprozess, mit dem Sie unseren Kunden komplexe technische Lsungen prsentieren knnen
  • Ausgezeichnetes Zuhren, Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick mit Leichtigkeit beim Aufbau von Beziehungen auf Management-Ebene
  • Nachgewiesene Fhigkeit, Umstze zu generieren und Geschfte abzuschlieen; Service-orientierte Einstellung, um effektiv mit Kunden, Kollegen und der Branche zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Klarer Wille, in Wettbewerbssituationen einen Markt zu erkunden, zu entwickeln und zu erobern
  • Fhigkeit, Probleme zu strukturieren, zu organisieren, zu priorisieren und zu lsen
  • Kostenorientiert und genau; flexibel und dennoch in der Lage, vereinbarte Termine einzuhalten
  • Gute mndliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfhigkeiten
