Position Summary :

The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) will serve as the senior nursing executive for a behavioral health facility within an acute care system, responsible for clinical strategy, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. This role will shape the nursing culture, elevate patient outcomes, and support organizational alignment at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities :
