Rocky Mountain RV & Marine is a family-owned and operated dealership with over 38 years of service to the Albuquerque area. We are seeking a dependable and skilled RV Technician to join our growing service team. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and taking pride in your work—this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and appliances
Perform roof repairs, slide-out maintenance, and sealant applications
Conduct pre-delivery inspections and safety checks
Maintain detailed service records and ensure work is completed to company standards
Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and customer expectations
Experience in RV repair, general maintenance, or trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or mechanical work
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
RVDA/RVIA certification is a plus, but not required
Valid driver’s license required
Competitive hourly pay based on experience: $18–$30/hour
