Job Title : HVAC Engineer

Location : TBD

Summary : We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team. As a manufacturers representative you will play a key role in providing engineering support and technical expertise to consulting engineers mechanical contractors and end-users. This position involves sizing selecting and promoting commercial and industrial HVAC equipment along with delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support and equipment selection assistance to engineers contractors and architects.
  • Interpret project plans and specifications to recommend HVAC products that meet performance and budget requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate HVAC system designs proposals and submittals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients manufacturers and internal teams.
  • Attend job site meetings and provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.
  • Stay current on industry trends product updates and building codes relevant to HVAC systems.
  • Assist in training sessions and lunch & learns for engineers and contractors.
  • Support sales team in achieving territory and product line goals.

Ideal Candidates :

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent HVAC industry experience).
  • 2 years of experience in HVAC design sales or technical support (manufacturer or rep firm preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HVAC principles and system components
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HVAC selection software
  • Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • EIT or PE license is a plus but not required.
