Position Overview :

An established outpatient practice in Clinton, IA is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative team. Step into a busy, autonomous environment with a strong existing patient panel, hospitalist support if preferred, and access to subspecialists in Rheumatology, Nephrology, and Pulmonology.

Practice Highlights :

Outpatient-focused setting

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Team : 3 Internists + 1 APP

Ancillary services onsite; EMR system in place

Inpatient care supported by contracted hospitalist group

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive base salary (guaranteed 1st year; discussed at interview)

$100,000 Sign-On Bonus

Candidate Requirements :

BC / BE in Internal Medicine (must certify within 3 years of residency)

Iowa medical license or eligibility
