Regional VP of Finance - CONFIDENTIAL

Job Overview :

Our client is seeking a skilled Regional VP of Finance to join their finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing financial activities within a designated region. This position plays a key role in guiding financial strategy, supporting operational goals, and ensuring overall financial integrity. Working closely with various stakeholders, including clinical and operational teams, the RVP helps drive performance, align resources, and support organizational priorities. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee core financial functions and ensure effective financial management across the region.

Work cross-functionally with clinical and operational leaders to support performance improvement and strategic initiatives.

Align financial strategies with organizational goals through collaboration and informed analysis.

Monitor financial performance, assess key trends, and communicate insights to various stakeholders.

Uphold compliance with relevant financial and regulatory standards.

Promote transparency and engagement through accessible financial insights and tools.

Guide the development and delivery of key financial reports and operational metrics.

Partner with internal departments to maintain financial accuracy and support operational alignment.

Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture. Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field?required (Masters degree and CPA preferred).

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role preferably in healthcare.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with NetSuite, Great Plains, Oracle or SAP is required.

Demonstrated ability to improve performance and support organizational goals.

Familiarity with healthcare systems and technology platforms.

Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Workstyle
