Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence through personalized care plans and hands-on therapy.


Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans
  
  
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education
  
  
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  
  
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other care team members
  
  
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and standards
  
  
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention
  
  

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
  
  
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
  
  
• CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required)
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
