About the Role :

Join the dynamic team at Allstate Insurance Agency as a Customer Service Representative. In this pivotal role, you'll provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with care and professionalism. Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly demeanor.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries.
  • Provide accurate insurance quotes and explain coverage options.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Allstate products and services.
  • Document customer interactions and ensure satisfaction with follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and improve customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

    • Requirements :

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
  • Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required in order to start - paid training for the class is offered
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Be capable of handling customer rejection.
  • Must be able to pass the required NYS background check including financial services background check.
