Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Wage: $19.50/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

- Prepare and format customer artwork for use in decorating writing instruments

- Create virtual samples for customers

- Edit, place, typeset and save customer-supplied artwork

- Communicate with customers regarding artwork and proofing processes

- Provide phone support regarding order status, pricing, lead times and product information

- Manage high volumes of email communication

- Perform order entry and data entry tasks

- Provide general sales support, including pricing and product details

- Assist in the sample room, including shipping product samples

Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

- Strong computer proficiency

- Ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes; willingness to take on a steep learning curve

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex, multi-step workflows

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment

- Experience with Adobe Illustrator is highly preferred

- Illustrator experience is not required, but must be willing to learn (this role involves editing customer artwork, not original design work)
