[job_card.job_description]Provide personalized care to clients according to their individual care plans Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting (including catheter care) Assist with mobility and transfers to promote physical well-being Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences Provide light housekeeping to ensure a safe and clean environment for clients Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping, and other outings as required. Deliver personalized care tailored to clients' individual care plans.
