Key Responsibilities

Provide legal representation and mentorship to pro bono attorneys and clients

Supervise interns and non-attorney staff, ensuring quality assurance and training

Engage with policy and communication teams to address legal issues and develop training resources

Qualifications and Requirements

J.D. and admitted to state bar

Fluent in English and Spanish

Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law, including humanitarian claims

Experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly children

Strong record of cultural competence and cross-cultural communication skills
