Job Description The position involves operating specialized inspection equipment and applying comprehensive knowledge of construction disciplines, including civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering principles.
Responsibilities include reading and analyzing designs and blueprints to interpret the architect’s intended use, as well as identifying structural complexities that may conceal ulterior purposes.
The role requires expertise in Technical Surveillance Countermeasures and familiarity with devices used by both hostile and friendly intelligence services for clandestine surveillance.
Additional duties include writing detailed reports in English, analyzing findings and security situations requiring staff action, and maintaining accurate daily logs throughout the tour of duty.
Key Duties Operate proposed inspection equipment Utilize knowledge of all construction disciplines, to include civil architectural, mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering principles.
Read and analyze designs and blueprints and recognize the architect's intended use.
Analyze designs and structural complexities, which are intended to mask an ulterior purpose not intended by the architect.
Exercise knowledge of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, construction principles, and the types of devices used by hostile and friendly intelligence services for the purpose of clandestine surveillance.
Write detailed reports in English and complete the analyses of issues, findings, and security situations which require staff action.
Maintain daily logs during their tour of duty.
Requirements U.S.
Citizen.
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Have and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with polygraph U.S.
Government Security Clearance.
Active CST certification, preferred.
In good physical health and meet medical requirements for the position.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experienced in the use of alarm systems, metal detectors, x-ray device, and closed-circuit television systems.
