Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in complex family law cases, including high-asset divorce and custody matters.
• Manage equitable distribution cases involving significant assets and business interests.
• Draft and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct thorough research and discovery to build strong cases and support litigation strategies.
• Advocate for clients in court, presenting arguments effectively and persuasively.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive case management and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
• Leverage a revenue-based compensation model to achieve substantial income potential.
• Stay informed on Virginia family law developments to provide expert legal guidance.
• Contribute to the firm's strategic direction and uphold its reputation for excellence.
• Licensed to practice law in Virginia and in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of experience in family law or civil litigation.
• Proven expertise handling equitable distribution cases involving large assets and businesses.
• Strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documentation.
• Proficiency in discovery processes and legal research.
• Exceptional courtroom advocacy and communication abilities.
• Self-directed and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality client service and maintaining ethical standards.
