Fast-paced recruiting role within a busy trucking operation
Handle high-volume incoming leads and active applicants
No cold calling—only warm leads and inbound candidates
Collaborate with operations to move candidates quickly through onboarding
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and DOT standards
Requirements :
Previous recruiting experience within a trucking / transportation company (required)
Strong understanding of driver qualifications and DOT expectations
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities at once
Compensation :
