Step Down Unit Nights

Ratios : 1 : 4

Weekend REQ : 2 shifts every other weekend. For day shift it is every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday. For night shift it can be Friday / Saturday or Saturday / Sunday -depends on who already is on rotation

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, Float to floors that are lower acuity
