Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Trinity Elms Health & Rehab part of Lutheran Services Carolinas is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general office support and perform a variety of clerical tasks
  • Answer incoming calls courteously and direct them to the appropriate staff members
  • Greet visitors assist with their needs and provide facility directions
  • Process mail and packages ensuring timely distribution to residents and staff
  • Manage office supplies and handle service requests for office equipment
  • Handle additional clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor

What Were Looking For

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment
  • Positive team-oriented attitude with a commitment to resident privacy and HIPAA guidelines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with general office and clerical procedures is a plus

    • Schedule & Requirements

  • Part-time position : Monday through Friday (hours may vary) with weekend shifts required
  • Must be punctual and willing to report to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods and perform light lifting (minimum 10 pounds)
