[job_card.job_description]Serve as the functional business owner for assigned applications Provide ongoing support for application maintenance, enhancements, and defect resolution Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors Assist with production support, issue triage, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement Maintain functional documentation, workflows, and system knowledge Support functional aspects of system implementations, including requirements validation, configuration review, testing, and user acceptance Assist with project planning, execution, and delivery in coordination with project managers and technical teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage backlogs, priorities, and release planning Participate in change management and deployment activities Support and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing Monitor, track, and assist with the resolution of reported defects Analyze business and system processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks Recommend and help implement process improvements and automation opportunities Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or Quality Assurance professional Strong experience with business and technical requirements analysis, validation, and testing Experience working within the software development life cycle (SDLC) Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and deadlines High attention to detail and focus on quality Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools Ability to adapt and work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments Experience working in government, healthcare, or other regulated environments Knowledge of public sector or social service programs Experience supporting enterprise or line-of-business applications Experience working with vendors and third-party software providers Ability to write SQL queries for data analysis and validation Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid development methodologies Understanding of modern IT technologies, tools, and terminology Medical Benefits (Platinum level plans available) Work from home / Hybrid / Onsite options PTO Holiday Pay VTO 401K Charitable Match Training reimbursement

Job Description :
We Are Seeking a Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, support application implementations, and provide ongoing ownership for assigned systems. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure applications meet operational needs throughout their lifecycle. The position supports both project-based initiatives and day-to-day operations, requiring strong analytical skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work effectively in regulated environments.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to identify opportunities for process and system improvement
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications
- Communicate, review, and validate requirements with business and technical stakeholders
