We are looking for a driven, energetic, hard-working member to join our team with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and a desire to learn.

We are hiring an FOOD PREP COOK to join our talented team and help prepare meals according to our recipes. In this position, your principal goal will be to prepare high-quality savory meal offerings.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Prepare delicious dishes according to set recipes and specifications; Ensure timely delivery
• Set up and break down workstation
• Measuring quantities of seasonings and other cooking ingredients
• Washing dishes, taking out the trash and sanitizing kitchen
• Assisting with food prep prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing broth)
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Check quality of ingredients and monitoring of stock
• Keeping track of ingredient inventory and collaborating with other kitchen and management staff to order resupply
