Receptionist

Duties:

Front Desk Operations

• Welcome visitors and create a friendly, professional first impression
  
• Handle the main phone line, directing calls to the correct team members
  
• Distribute daily voicemails and incoming electronic communications
  
• Prepare and send outgoing mail through various carriers
  
• Receive, sort, and route incoming mail and packages
  

Office Support & Facility Coordination

• Keep the reception area, meeting rooms, and entry spaces tidy and ready for use
  
• Coordinate with office service providers and supply vendors
  
• Monitor inventory and restock office and kitchen supplies
  
• Assist employees with scheduling and preparing conference rooms
  

Administrative Assistance

• Update internal documents and maintain organized records
  
• Process requests for business cards and other company materials
  
• Assist with internal programs, including company acknowledgments and employee items
  
• Manage lunch orders and help with special requests for leadership or administrative teams
  
• Support distribution of packages for internal team members
  

Requirements

• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  
• Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems
  

Temp to Hire Opportunity

Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
