JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Operations Manager to design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive, prioritized marketing roadmap in alignment with our strategic objectives. This role involves managing a priority tracking system to monitor progress, facilitating effective decision-making with real-time insights, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth execution. The ideal candidate will develop KPIs for strategic initiatives, generate detailed progress reports, and provide performance updates to senior leadership, driving adjustments and actions as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design and maintain an adaptable, prioritized marketing roadmap reflecting strategic priorities.
• Implement and manage a priority tracking system for monitoring progress against goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for strategic initiatives and operational activities; generate regular progress reports.
• Craft business narratives including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, status updates, and root cause analyses.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Industry Experience Required :

Experience in managing marketing strategic planning and operations, preferably in a large corporate setting, is required. Previous experience with roadmap or prioritization management systems (e.g., Atlassian, Asana, Confluence) is highly beneficial.
