Who You Are :

Teton Ridge is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Production Technician to join our dynamic team. Specializing in Xpression software and live broadcast operations, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining studio cameras, lighting, graphics, audio equipment, and control room systems. This role is essential in delivering high-quality studio and remote productions, supporting everything from setup and calibration to live execution and troubleshooting.

We are seeking a candidate with advanced technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep passion for Western sports and live television. What You'll Do :

• Operate and maintain studio cameras, lighting, graphics and / or sound equipment.
• Set up and strike studio sets and equipment before and after studio and remote productions.
• Perform technical checks and calibrations of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Operate control room equipment, including video switchers, audio mixers, replay, and / or graphics systems.
• Follow production scripts and directions from the director to execute live broadcasts or recordings.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Ensuring equipment is in good working order and properly maintained
• Assist with the setup and operation of remote broadcasts and recordings.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio and control room environment.
• Collaborate with other production team members, including producers, directors, and talent.
• Providing technical support to other production personnel.
• Provide Supplemental Training and Support to new operators
• Travel based on remote production needs.

Schedule : Full-time, flexible hours, including evenings,weekends, and holidays. Schedule will vary based on production needs.
