What You'll Do

Support Our Clinicians : Provide essential care coordination and logistical support to field staff

Manage Supplies : Oversee patient supply orders, tracking, and delivery

Monitor Patient Care : Help ensure excellent clinical outcomes through vigilant care oversight

Conduct Outreach : Perform triage and wellness calls, assisting with clinical follow-up as needed

Manage Communications : Handle incoming clinical faxes and route them appropriately

Coordinate Scheduling : Collaborate with the Scheduling team to meet patient care needs

What We're Looking For

Active California RN License

Minimum 1 Year Nursing Experience (Home Health experience preferred)

Strong Communication Skills : Professional phone manner and interpersonal skills

Tech Proficiency : Comfortable with EMR systems and Apple devices

Highly Organized : Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume office setting

Team Player : Ready to collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional care

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday, Day Shift

On-site at our San Francisco office (This role is not remote)

Pay : $130,000 – $140,000 / year DOE + $10K SIGN-ON BONUS
