JOB SUMMARY:
Join our team as an AI-Enabled Content Strategist to develop intuitive self-help experiences for QuickBooks users by leveraging AI technologies. You'll transform complex jargon into approachable language, author structured content, and design engaging support experiences. Your role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, contribution to content optimization using AI, and ensuring content aligns with user needs and our brand's voice.
