Shipping & Receiving Associate

Job Summary :

Our Salt Lake City, Utah facility is looking for a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our thriving logistics department. This role is vital for ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of goods into and out of our warehouse. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments, verifying inventory, and maintaining organized records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to upholding high standards of Safety and efficiency. Responsibilities :

• Receive, inspect, and document all incoming shipments, verifying contents against shipping documents.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or overages / shortages to the appropriate personnel.
• Process and stock incoming inventory accurately into the warehouse management system.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), safely.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and securely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all Safety regulations.
• Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with regular physical inventories.
• Support the overall logistics process and contribute to team objectives.
