Were looking for a caring and dependable Infant Teacher to join our team and help create a warm, nurturing, and developmentally rich environment for our littlest learners (ages 6 weeks12 months).

Schedule & Availability
We are open MondayFriday, 6 : 00am6 : 30pm, and were looking for someone with full-time availability and flexibility to support the infant rooms needs throughout the day.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Your day is filled with connection, nurturing, and gentle routines that help babies grow and thrive.
Daily activities include :
Greeting families and comforting infants as they arrive
Preparing bottles and feeding infants based on their individual schedules
Solid / pure feeding according to each childs needs
Supporting wake windows with sensory activities, floor play, and tummy time
Diaper changes every 2 hours (or sooner as needed)
Helping babies fall asleep and monitoring a calm, safe nap environment
Sanitizing toys, disinfecting surfaces, and maintaining a clean, organized classroom
Offering lots of nurturing interactioncuddles, songs, talking, and bonding
Infants need consistency, love, and gentle guidanceand you help make that happen every single day.
What Youll Do
Provide attentive, nurturing care to infants following their individual routines
Support early development through play, sensory activities, and interactions
Maintain a clean, safe, and health-focused classroom environment
Partner with Lead Teachers to follow lesson plans and learning goals
Support meal prep, bottle feeding, diapering, and hygiene routines
Communicate positively with families and build trusting relationships
Follow child care licensing rules and safety procedures at all times

Physical Requirements
Able to walk, sit, stand, and move throughout the day
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable sitting on the floor, kneeling, and bending to support infants
Able to see, talk, and hear clearly in a busy classroom environment
Qualifications
Must be 18 or older
CPR / First Aid & Food Handlers (or willingness to obtain)
Able to pass a background check & drug screening
Willing to complete 20 hours of approved child care training
Reliable attendance and professionalism are essential
