Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to highlight performance metrics and opportunities
Monitor and analyze core performance metrics to identify trends and recommend data-backed actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and support cyclical HR programs
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or data / analytics roles
Hands-on experience with HR systems like Workday and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools, SQL)
Experience in analyzing workflows and identifying process inefficiencies
Strong ability to communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences
