Python Developer - $90 / hr Remote - Alignerr

At Alignerr, we partner with the world’s leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting‑edge AI models.

Organization : Alignerr  Position : Python Developer  Type : Hourly Contract  Compensation : $60–$90 / hour  Location : Remote  Commitment : 10–40 hours / week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to PEP 8 standards.
  • Develop complex backend algorithmic solutions and data processing scripts to challenge AI reasoning.
  • Provide clear, human‑readable explanations for backend logic and architectural decisions.
  • Identify and flag edge cases or security vulnerabilities in AI‑generated API logic.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's or better in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and advanced language features.
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience writing production‑level Python code.
  • Exceptional written communication skills to explain abstract technical concepts.

    • Preferred

  • Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems.
