LanceSoft is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care for a travel job in Claremont, New Hampshire.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty : Long Term Care
• Discipline : LPN / LVN
• Start Date : 01 / 06 / 2026
• Duration : 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift : 8 hours, evenings
• Employment Type : Travel
• 3+ years current experience (must be within the last 6 moths).
• State License (or compact), BLS (AHA).
• Must be willing to float where experienced.
• IV certified (must be willing to obtain during onboarding if not certified).
• All RTO must be on initial presentation for approval and cannot exceed 5 days (Holidays NOT approved).
• Covid Vaccination Required - Declinations / Exemptions are not accepted (Please upload proofs with upload).
• Locals residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be accepted (Please ensure perm address is in profile).

Previous travel experience.
