Business Immigration Associate Attorney

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2–3 years of law firm experience in business and family-based immigration to join a team that works on sophisticated matters involving both corporate and individual clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent foreign nationals and U.S. employers in employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, investment visas, and family-based visa petitions.

• Handle consular processing, naturalization, and compliance matters before USCIS, DOL, ICE, and DOS.

• Advise employers on immigration and labor regulation compliance.

• Draft complex legal documents and maintain direct communication with clients and partners.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of relevant law firm experience in immigration law.

• Strong drafting, communication, and client relationship skills.

• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and collaborative mindset.

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) strongly preferred.

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school; must be an active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $240,000–$260,000, commensurate with experience.
