A company is looking for a Bioinformatics Scientist I in Translational Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze molecular data to generate and interpret results for academic and pharmaceutical partners

Inform experimental design and assess assay performance and quality control

Manage project timelines and deliverables while communicating insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

MS or PhD in data science, computational biology, bioinformatics, statistics, or related fields

At least five years of experience analyzing next-generation sequencing (NGS) data

Strong data analysis and visualization skills using Python or R packages

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and experience in a Linux environment

Experience with translational research and client-facing projects is a plus
