General Manager – Slick City Action Park (Woodbury, MN)

Kelly Strategic Ventures (KSV)- owner of Minnesota’s first Slick City indoor slide park in Maple Grove- is seeking a visionary, hands-on General Manager to launch and lead our second Slick City location in Woodbury, MN.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for preparing the park for a late January 2026 Grand Opening and then driving daily operations, guest experience, and financial performance. With five additional Slick City parks in KSV’s development pipeline, including two more in Minnesota, this is a rare opportunity to grow your career within the fastest-growing franchise group in the entire Slick City system.
KSV is owned and operated by local entrepreneurs Mike and Annie Kelly, who will work closely with you to replicate the success of the Maple Grove flagship location.

Key Responsibilities
Park Operations & Safety
Ensure the park is consistently clean, safe, and family-friendlyEnforce park rules, industry standards, and sanitation protocolsOversee daily operations, including cash / sales control, inventory, parties, and open / close proceduresMaintain full accountability for incidents, injuries, or operational issues—transparent reporting is essentialTeam Leadership & Development
Lead, motivate, and support the entire park teamTrain and grow Assistant Managers and team members through hands-on coachingBuild a positive, safety-focused, guest-obsessed cultureConduct courageous conversations to drive improvement and accountabilityBusiness Strategy & Results
Manage and analyze park P&L statementsDrive revenue growth across memberships, parties, groups, events, and repeat visitsDeliver consistent, top-tier customer serviceGrow year-over-year traffic through community reputation and guest experience excellenceCollaboration & Communication
Maintain open, honest, and timely communication with owners, managers, and staffProvide accurate, proactive reporting—good or badWork collaboratively with KSV ownership to achieve operational and financial goalsQualifications
Prior General Manager experience highly preferredDemonstrated success leading teams and managing P&L performanceAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree—or equivalent leadership experience4+ years of management experience in customer-facing, operational, hospitality, retail, or entertainment environmentsCore Competencies
