HR Business Partner
Position Summary
Under the direction of the Manager, Employee Relations, the Human Resources Business Partner serves as liaison between St. Joseph's / Candler Human Resources and assigned business units of SJCHS. The HRBP will work with the business units to ensure they are in compliance with federal and state law and other applicable regulations as it relates to employment, benefits, discrimination, and the disciplinary process. Additionally, the HRBP will support the Manager, Employee Relations with various tasks related to Employee Relations.
Education
Bachelors in Human Resources, Business, or other business-related field - Required
Experience
3 - 5 Years Human Resources - Required
Additional Experience Information - Knowledge of employee relations principles, practices, methods, and programs. Knowledge and understanding of federal and state employment and labor laws, regulations, procedures, and standards.
License & Certification
Professional Certification - Preferred
Certification in Human Resources or related field preferred.
