[job_card.job_description]Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Safety Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience, preferably within a military or government environment. Strong working knowledge of U.S. Navy mishap reporting systems, with preference given to experience with RMI-SIR. Proven experience managing data-centric projects involving multiple stakeholders and systems. Demonstrated ability to collect, evaluate, and synthesize data for decision-making and trend analysis. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of data accuracy and completeness. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to produce clear reports and briefings. Familiarity with Navy safety programs, mishap classification, and preventive strategy development is highly desired. PMP certification or equivalent program management credential is preferred. Position is contingent upon award. Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-level program management activities. Collaborate with the Force Safety Office to analyze incident trends and support the development of proactive mishap prevention strategies. Provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports summarizing data metrics, trends, and insights for leadership review. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and implement process improvements to enhance program effectiveness. Ensure compliance with applicable Navy safety policies, data security protocols, and administrative procedures.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-level program management activities.
