Accounts Receivable Representative

Shift:

Monday through Friday 7am or 8am - 3:30pm or 5pm (Flexible)

The Account Receivables Representative will have the following responsibilities:

Role Summary:

• Responsible for supporting the controllership team through data gathering and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to follow tasks assigned by manager within set timelines.
• Prepare accurate and timely status reports to management and other departments, as needed.
• Participate in special projects, cost analysis, and other financial initiatives.
• Prepare assigned monthly and quarterly reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of work experience.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Characteristics:

• Associate's Degree in Finance or Accounting. Financial services industry experience.
• Strong analytical, technical and research skills.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.

The hourly rate range for this position is between $30 - $33 / hour, without benefits
