Salary : Up to $150K + $500 monthly stipend
Location : Los Angeles, CA (with domestic and international travel as needed)
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a high-profile musician and team. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role requiring someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of balancing both executive support and some personal assistance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in the entertainment industry, maintaining discretion at all times, and bringing a grounded, no-ego attitude to the role.
General Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the artist and their team
Assist with personal tasks and errands to help maintain a smooth balance between professional and personal life
Help establish and maintain organizational systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Handle sensitive information with complete discretion and confidentiality
Remain calm under pressure, not easily star-struck, and maintain a professional and respectful dynamic with the artist and their family
Open to travel (domestic and international) as needed
Key Responsibilities :
Manage multiple iCalendars (work, personal, and family) for the artist and their team, including scheduling across multiple teams and adjusting to last-minute changes
Proactively monitor and manage appointments, deadlines, and priorities; send timely reminders to principals and managers
Take notes in meetings and distribute concise rundowns to the management team
Coordinate personal orders and deliveries with the household staff
Organize and manage birthday and holiday gifting for family and close friends (domestic and international)
Oversee all aspects of the family’s Christmas gifting logistics
Stay on top of email inboxes; flag and escalate urgent or time-sensitive matters
Coordinate closely with the tour manager and travel agent regarding tour logistics and other work-related travel
Track expenses and liaise regularly with the business management team
Ideal Background & Experience :
Prior experience supporting a high-level individual in music or entertainment strongly preferred
Familiarity with the music industry and key players is a plus
Highly organized, anticipatory, and quick on their feet
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and iCal
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and solutions-driven
