Are you ready to grow together with the Assurance team? Joining the Deloitte Assurance Advisory team will give you the opportunity to grow and develop strong cross-functional skills, working on challenging projects and collaborating with many clients.

The role will involve coordinating the team in technical support activities for clients in various projects (Support to the internal audit function in co-sourcing and outsourcing, Projects related to the internal control system on financial and non-financial information based on SOX, J-SOX, L.262 and CSRD regulations, Tax Control Framework), as well as actively contributing to commercial development through the identification of targets and commercial campaigns.

In particular, the role will involve :

• Ensuring the execution of projects by supervising the technical quality in line with Deloitte standards, contributing to creating a distinctive impact on clients;
• Knowing the clients' business in depth, interpreting sector trends, current regulations, leading practices, and applying such knowledge to your areas of responsibility;
• Efficiently using the main technologies in the analysis and design of end-to-end business processes, from identifying inefficiencies (using quantitative and qualitative techniques), to the design and implementation of TO-BE business processes;
• Coordinating and developing resources and the team, supporting their performance and growth, and valuing their uniqueness and distinctive features;
• Scouting and targeting potential prospects : creation and development of commercial campaigns;
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients of different backgrounds. With this experience, you will acquire a useful and broad cultural background in this field, operating in a leading company in the sector.
