Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a crucial role in providing professional nursing care to residents of various ages in long-term care settings. Working under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians, you will utilize your knowledge of nursing principles to meet the physical and psychological needs of our residents efficiently.

Key responsibilities include :

• Ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
• Administering medications and treatments as required.
• Contributing to the assessment of residents and responding effectively to emergencies.
• Documenting resident interactions and outcomes related to care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals within an interdisciplinary care team.
• Providing counseling and education to residents and their families regarding prevention and treatment.
