Job Overview :

Specimen Technicians (SPT I) to join a fast-paced, high-volume laboratory environment in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, data entry skills, and the flexibility to adapt to daily changes. This role is essential in supporting accurate and timely laboratory testing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform specimen presort, A-station tasks, centrifugation, aliquoting, and internal specimen transport
• Ensure compliance with lab standards and changing test regulations
• Maintain productivity and quality standards in a production-based environment
• Practice safe handling in a biohazard setting
• Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of staff
• Keep work areas organized and maintain departmental timelines
• Demonstrate adaptability and strong interpersonal skills
