Key Responsibilities

Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods

Listen to eligible members and provide education about services, addressing their concerns and building trust

Manage the enrollment process, ensuring effective communication with internal teams and meeting key enrollment metrics

Required Qualifications

Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace

1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment

Bilingual (English / Spanish) with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking

Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms

A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
