A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct extensive legal research to support ongoing cases

Draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, contracts, and wills

Assist partners and senior attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active membership in the state bar of California

5+ years of litigation experience (defense)

Experience in construction law or business-related matters is preferred

Experience working with insurance clients is preferred
