Physical Therapist Assistant - Full-Time

Location : Temecula : 27450 Ynez Rd. Temecula, CA 92591

Salary Range :

Starting hourly rate at $32.00 up to $40.00 plus monthly production incentive - commensurate with experience. Highly competitive and negotiable

Position Summary :

As a Physical Therapist Assistant , you will :

  • Assist with the treatment plan established by the Physical Therapist
  • Provide high-quality, hands-on outpatient therapy focused on patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to all health and safety guidelines

    • Qualifications :

  • California Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or license pending)
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Mobility : Ability to move freely to assist patients and therapists
  • Lifting : Ability to lift and carry equipment or assist patients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
  • Standing : Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions
  • Manual Dexterity : Proficiency in using therapy tools and equipment
  • Visual & Auditory Skills : Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively
  • Flexibility : Adaptability to dynamic healthcare environments
