We're seeking an experienced Contents Manager to lead contents operations, including scoping, estimating support, inventory, packing, cleaning, moving, and storage. This position requires familiarity with restoration industry standards, TPAs, and insurance programs. This is a great opportunity for a contents or mitigation professional ready to step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope and assess contents losses; provide data to estimators for preliminary estimates.
• Communicate scope and value of contents work to adjusters and homeowners.
• Ensure compliance with TPA guidelines, SLAs, and program requirements.
• Lead team performing inventory, packing, moving, cleaning (including ultrasonics cleaning systems) and storage.
• Use restoration software (Encircle, ContentsTrack, DASH) for documentation and tracking.
• Oversee contents process and provide improvements when necessary
