Experience true work-life balance with on-site care and remote documentation. Join TeamHealth : where your expertise meets compassionate care! We are seeking a licensed professional counselor (LPC) or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) to help our growing group practice in Cedar Park, Texas.

Role Overview

  • Schedule : have scheduled patients 1 day a week
  • Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
  • Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assessments and therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation

    • Requirements

  • Hold a valid full license as either LPC or LMHC
  • Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

    • Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $16,000 to $22,700 with no cap on productivity income potential.

    Please note : we are not able to hire licensed clinical social workers for this position.
