Description

Documenting adherence and compliance to both internal and external documents, references, and requirements as directed by the customer

• Developing policy and procedure to support contract execution in accordance with customer requirements
• Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), as needed or directed, in accordance with industry standards to facilitate process improvement
• Tracking CDRL delivery and compliance
• Tracking and assisting completing corrective actions from audits, surveillances, and RCAs
