This position will play a critical role in ensuring proper subject matter expertise and enablement resources are allocated and aligned to key Electronic Payment Services (EPS) strategic and high value nonproduction activities / initiatives. The role will be responsible for developing, maintaining and working an intake, evaluation and feeder queue for all size of requests for EPS resources. Success will be measured by reducing the amount of time various managers, subject matter experts and other EPS colleagues spend on these requests in current state and how well prepared these requests go into the EPS Enablement and Execution pipeline for timely execution of initiatives. Business partners this role will need to engage with will vary significantly across the Enterprise, from risk to product to other operations groups. The level of leaders this role will be expected to influence will be VP and higher in order to be successful.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience 10 or more years of related experience.
Preferred Skills / Experience
Conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices, and basic understanding of business operations Effective influence, change management, and coaching skills Strong technical skills in process mapping, procedure creation, and controls In-depth and / or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills
Location Expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
