Job Title : Web Developer

Reports To : Senior Director Development
Employment Type : Full Time – Salaried– Exempt
Nature of Work
This position is responsible for maintaining and developing new features on the Outdoor Sportsman Group family of websites. The role requires attention to detail, creative problem solving, flexibility, and strict adherence to deadlines. The ideal candidate will be familiar with content management systems, be well‑versed in ASP.Net C#, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, and will integrate and evaluate third‑party tools such as video players, secure payment platforms, and external APIs. Additional expertise in Search Engine Optimization, Web Accessibility, and general web standards is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect reusable components and templates
- Develop site features and functionality
- Perform site maintenance including bug fixes
- Evaluate scope and requirements based on project documentation
- Follow documented deployment procedures
- Research, evaluate, and integrate tools and products from external vendors
- Develop processes that improve or enhance existing operations
- Develop user testing procedures
- Document internal processes
