A company is looking for a Senior Support Analyst to monitor, analyze, and resolve data platform and infrastructure issues.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients and management regarding production events, escalating issues as needed
Act as a liaison between data operations, development, and management to troubleshoot application-related issues
Document and enhance Production Support processes and manage incident and change request tickets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent training
2-4 years of experience in developing / supporting enterprise-level applications in Windows or Linux environments
Deep knowledge of application architectures and monitoring tools
Strong experience with SQL, Oracle, PL / SQL, and scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash
Project management experience is required
