Allied National Services has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Account Manager at our corporate office. We're looking for a reliable, upbeat, and proactive professional who thrives on taking ownership of customer satisfaction and delivering results.
In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating vendor services and managing client requests to ensure all services meet company and customer expectations. You'll work closely with vendors, clients, and internal teams to maintain smooth daily operations and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure daily attendance and accountability of assigned employees
Schedule and coordinate special services by phone and email
Confirm completion of services (pre- and post-service follow-up)
Respond promptly to customer emails and calls
Maintain accurate records in CRM software
Follow up on equipment repairs and service issues
Process contractor invoices accurately and efficiently
Source, vet, and onboard new contractors and employees
Qualifications
2+ years of experience delivering excellent customer service and client satisfaction in an office environment
Strong, stable work history (no frequent job changes)
Excellent multitasking, organization, and communication skills
Assertive and confident decision-maker with sound business judgment
Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a transactional environment
Management experience preferred but not required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
