Job Summary :

Join our dedicated team as a Security Personnel, where you'll provide vital security services and build strong relationships with customers, local law enforcement, and fire departments. Your proactive approach and keen awareness of your surroundings will be essential as you monitor all activity in your assigned area. We value professionalism and exceptional customer service!

Basic Functions :

  • Control pedestrian and vehicle traffic at entrances.
  • Conduct regular patrols of buildings and perimeters.
  • Escort personnel and materials as needed.
  • Inspect for security and fire hazards.
  • Complete special assignments when required.

Responsibilities :

Your daily duties may vary based on specific assignments. Each officer’s general function includes but is not limited to :

  • Arriving on time and in full uniform.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor by greeting customers, visitors, and employees politely.
  • Staying informed on post orders and guidelines provided by management.
  • Patrolling the area and being vigilant to report any suspicious activities or incidents.
  • Monitoring surveillance equipment as directed.
  • Understanding and following emergency policies and procedures to respond effectively to alarms and incidents.
  • Documenting daily activities and compiling necessary reports accurately.
  • Making safety and loss prevention recommendations based on daily observations.
  • Be familiar with fire and safety systems, CCTV, and relevant equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with all training and safety regulations.
  • Communicating daily with your Security Supervisor regarding any security concerns or necessary changes.

  • Collect and manage all freight slated for destruction.
  • Ensure all destruction processes align with GSOP regulations.
  • Complete necessary data entry in our SharePoint system.
  • Sort received shipments for appropriate destruction categories.
